Radius Expands DOJ Support with $11.5 Million DEA Award for Physical Security and TSCM Services!

November 8, 2008 - Radius Technology Group, a premier provider of comprehensive security and management consulting services, was selected to provide Physical Security and Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) services to the Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA). The contract, valued at $11.5M, was awarded to Radius along with sub-contracting partner, ARTI.

Radius President Chris Archer stated: “In a broad sense TSCM allows us to bring together a more in-depth and comprehensive security solution to our clients”. This particular award demonstrates our ability to extend our reach in specialized security services”

Radius also supported the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives providing direct support and management consulting for the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO).

NRC Selects Radius for Enterprise Interface Gateway (EIG)!

August 9, 2008 - Radius Technology Group received a direct contract award to provide Enterprise Interface Gateway (EIG) support for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)! In support of the contract, Radius partners with Webworld, Inc.

Radius Team receives top ratings for tailored IT Security Training and Awareness at NRC

Radius Technology Group, an award winning Information Assurance and Technology Security Services firm partnered with Dale Carnegie, a leading global developer of business training solutions, to provide Instructor Lead IT Security Training for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Under the contract terms, the Radius Team created, marketed and delivered tailored classroom training to NRC’s headquarters staff as well as 6 regions nationwide.

Delivered by Chris Archer (President of Radius) and Dale Carnegie instructors, The Radius Team received greater than 90% “meets or exceeds” ratings for the mandatory IT Security Training.

“We were extremely excited to receive such high ratings, particularly given the typical attitudes associated with mandatory training.” noted Archer. The ratings support our contention that when properly structured and engaging, IT Security Training can be one of the most effective means of protecting an agency’s IT resources. As a former IT Auditor of Federal Agencies, I know first hand the value of effective IT Security Training. Moreover, I have witnessed both the cost and impact in-effective training” Archer noted.

Radius’ Instructor led IT Security Training is also complimented by a fully customizable Role Based Computer Based Training offering.

Radius awarded $8.7 million Capital Planning Task Order contract by Dept. of Labor

Radius Technology Group won an $8.7 million Task Order award to provide IT Capital Planning services to the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour division. Radius will provide Continuity of Operations Planning; System Development Life Cycle; IT Capital Planning and Enterprise Architecture support to the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.
